The Mead Maker Michael Poole started making Meads and Wines when he was stationed in Washington in the Navy. His love for making Texas mead and wines followed him to Seguin, Texas where he purchase a piece of property and started his dream. With the help of his wife Melissa and two daughters the business is expanding each year.
