alley Center Brewery is a locally owned and operated, pico brewery located in the hills of North San Diego County, in the town of Valley Center. What started as a homebrewing hobby has blossomed into an idea to produce and develop beer for the local town to support the business and lifestyles of the area. With our unique community surroundings, Valley Center Brewery has developed four mainstay beers for its bottle and keg production, services local restaurants, and provides quality product geared towards Valley Center's taste.
