Tivoli
Tivoli Brewing Company
1859
The Tivoli Beer story traces its roots to 1859, during the infamous Colorado Gold Rush, and was branded as Rocky Mountain Brewery. Procured in 1900 by John Good and renamed Tivoli Union Brewing Company, this brewery would become one of the largest in the West, selling its light golden lager nearly everywhere West of the Missouri River until closing its doors in 1969. In 2012, a group of Colorado Natives formed the Tivoli Brewing Company to bring this Colorado legend back to life. Our current Brewery and Taphouse were re-opened in August 2015 and we have been privileged in recreating historical recipes as well as new, innovative brews ever since.
