Our onsite brewery is one of three operated in London by the Laine Brewing Company. Each site has a five brewer’s barrel brewery, which means each time we craft a batch we produce another 1,440 pints. Our aim at the brewery is to make consistently great beer using the finest ingredients from around the world, taking inspiration not only from new world styles but also from the great historic styles that made the East End of London the brewing metropolis it was and thankfully still is. After fermentation, all the beers are cask conditioned before being dispensed through our hand pumps that span the pub’s attractive long bar just in front of the brewery, guaranteeing a fresh pint every time.
