Why is our another beer? Because it is still the same. Quality ingredients are now commonplace, it is unnecessary to separately highlight. For the same ingredients but cooks most breweries here and in the rest of Europe, and yet the result is different, why? What is critical is how these raw materials we process and how we use the technology of production. Give the same raw material cookbook from school cafeterias, chefs from restaurants and chefs on the corner of a first class hotel and the resulting dish will also be completely different. Production of modernizing, automating some processes, we try to conserve maximum energy and strenuous labor. But all this only where modernization does not affect the technological process of beer!
