Owned and operated by Donald and Liz Staas. Staas Brewing features a wide variety of original, all-grain craft craft brews and a cozy tasting room/bar. All beers are brewed in small batches and on premises at 31 W. Winter Street. Established in 2013, we are a small batch, all grain brewpub that specializes in Belgian and English beer styles. Our pub features 12 taps and two English beer engines with an ever changing selection.
