Visit our tasting room - The Sidebar - adjacent to the 5th Quadrant. Enjoy a variety of barrel aged and seasonal specialty beers, available in limited quantities and only in the tasting room. The Sidebar is open Fridays from 4pm to 10pm and Saturdays from 2pm to 10pm. Stop by to taste some of our fine ales, buy a bottle or two of our ales to go, or purchase a keg for those special occasions. The Sidebar is the venue of choice for most of our release parties.
