The brewery consists of several areas within a total floor space of 5600 square feet. The areas on the main floor include the pub, brew house, bottling area, fermentation and conditioning rooms, and the warehouse. The pub, brew house and bottling areas are open to the public. There is a mezzanine level on which our business office, lab, and grain mill are located. The mezzanine level also contains a customer seating area. The pub is located in the front of the brewery. There is seating for 7 at the bar, 22 at the tables on the main floor and 20 at tables on the mezzanine. The brewery, BOP (the acronym for brew-on-premises), and pub are open the same hours, so beer and food is always available during our open hours and while you are brewing.
