Our 1-barrel system nanobrewery will feature rotating brewers from local homebrewer clubs and local breweries. We’re excited to source local ingredients and work with experimental hops to create unique beer recipes. As always, we will do our best to include sour and wild ales into the mix. Beers produced by the system will only be available in-house at Salud Beer Shop.
