Our brewmaster, Ryan Worthington has an International Diploma in Brewing Technology. He is a graduate of the World Brewing Academy/Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago and the Doemens Academy in Grafelfing, Germany Our optimized, custom built brewhouse gives our Brewmaster the right tools to brew great beer. This combination of talent and tools is our recipe for success.
