Aquanaut Brewing Company is the creation of brewer and graphic artist, Eric McNeil. In 2006, Eric McNeil moved to Chicago where he brewed his first beer in his apartment on Addison Street. Eight years later, with the help and partnership of Philip Tadros of Doejo, LLC, Aquanaut Brewing Co. was formed and found its home in the Bomanville/Edgewater neighborhood. We are dedicated to the entire package, inside and out. We produce fresh, locally brewed beers that have a seasonal flair; beers that are engaging to the palate while complimenting a wide range of foods. In embracing the entire craft, we have gained attention by concocting distinctive beer styles wrapped in original label art. We are passionate about producing well-balanced beers that are an exclusive example of that style
