Paul's Oyster Bar is pleased to announce the addition of a microbrewery at their restaurant. According to General Manager Caleb Hufstetler the brewery has been in the works for about a year. Local, State ATF, and a Federal ATF brewery permit have been obtained. German engineered equipment has been imported and placed at the restaurant and the first test brew is scheduled for next week. A former Sweetwater brewery of Atlanta employee is consulting on the project and will be overseeing the brewing process.
