More than a century ago the California citrus industry was born in our own city of Riverside. The citrus boom rapidly brought much prosperity and attention to the entire region. The Packinghouse Brewing Company name is a nostalgic tribute to the area’s original citrus packinghouses and the hard working laborers that brought about California’s “Second Gold Rush”. PBCo. is honored to carry on the same tradition of a strong work ethic and support to our community. The founders of PBCo. have blended a respect for our local cultural heritage with a passion for finely crafted micro brews. The result is an offering of signature styles that are as rich as the cultural backdrop in which they were conceived.
