The concept for Nighthawk Brewery started on January 2, 2011 when Ethan Hall & Jay Mead did the first home brew at Ethan's home on Nighthawk Circle. Jokingly, "if we even open our own brewery, we HAVE to call it Nighthawk Brewery..."
