We have been growing hops for 6 years and are very excited about hops farming coming back to New York. Our craft ales will feature NY hops and other agricultural products in a variety of beer styles. The Hopshire brewery building is a recreation of a 19th century NY hop house built with modern techniques for a high performance building.
