The Hamburg Brewing Company is going to specialize in great beers brewed right here on our new 20 barrel brewing system. You will be able find our beers in local bars and restaurants as well as our beautiful taproom. In addition to the brewery, our grounds will have a hop yard that will be growing 3 varieties of hops. We will be using these hops in our own brewing process with future plans to sell to local home brewers as well. The grounds at HBC will also have the capacity of growing 20+ acres of barley to help increase New York's farm brewing output. The brewery will be located in one of the most unique buildings in Western New York and when we are ready, we will be giving tours of our facility. We ask for your patience during our start up.
