Friars' Brewhouse is located on the 34 acre grounds of St. Elizabeth Monastery perched on the side of Orcutt Mountain. The Franciscan Brothers of St. Elizabeth of Hungary are the friars that produce these artisan brews. Friars' Brewhouse beer is available at finer establishment and beer / wine specialty stores from central Maine to Portland in the south. The friars are soon to open the "Friars' Brewhouse Tap Room" at 84A Main Street in Bucksport, Maine.
