Valkyrie Brewing Company, formally Viking Brewing Company, established in 1994, is the first microbrewery in Northwest Wisconsin. They utilize previously used dairy equipment for brewing. Beer available on site in tap room by pint/growler/bottle, at select area taverns and retail locations in bottles.
