Drafting Table Brewing Company (DTBC) is located in the Village Center Area of Wixom, Michigan. Through a culmination of 4 years of professional brewing and 8 years of homebrewing experience DTBC seeks to provide artisan craft beer to lovers of ales and lagers around Metro-Detroit. By uniting selective combinations of ingredients with meticulous brewing practices we keep a high standard for the beer we produce. In addition to ales and lagers, we serve Detroit native Faygo soda and small snacks. We encourage guests to bring in food from our surrounding restaurants or even from their own kitchen since we do not have a kitchen.
