BTU Brewing Company operates in a 7-barrel steam fired turnkey brewery, built by Portland Kettle Works here in Portland Oregon. We produce beers naturally paired with our authentic cuisine. BTU Brewery is a fired brew house made up of a mash tun, kettle and hot liquor tank. There are two 7-barrel fermenters, two 7-barrel brite tanks and two horizontal lagering tanks. These tanks lay on their sides creating more surface area for the yeast to make contact with the beer. This contact is essential for the flavor development in lager beer. Our flagship Chinese rice beer pairs easily with any dish on the menu and is great in a growler for your summer trips to the river or BBQ in the back yard.
