From the start, Black Swan Brewpub has been driven to provide its customers with a unique culinary experience, delicious beers and warm hospitality. Our chef, Nick Carter, has taken the dishes we know and love and incorporated freshness, originality and homemade goodness that cannot be found today in Southwest Indianapolis. Soon, Black Swan Brewpub will have our brewery in place. In the meantime, while construction is underway, we will be serving a spectacular draught selection of craft beers, many of which are made right here in Indiana.
