Passion must be lived and shared. I'm lucky to be able to do both with beer. I often think of chefs, painters and musician living a similar adventure. A painter touches up, deletes, isn't satisfied, adds another coat, works, has doubts, decides and then finds… For us craft brewers it's pretty much the same : beers as I think them up evolve in my mind, on my palate.
