Founded in 1978 (Christchurch) and owned by the Sinke Family, the Dux de Lux has expanded throughout the years to provide the widest spectrum of hospitality available in one unique and historic setting, and recently now in two destinations - Christchurch and Queenstown.
Coming into it's sixth year, Queenstown Dux de Lux specialises in New Zealand produce from the land and sea, legendary salads, spectacular seafood, world renowned vegetarian fare alongside mouth watering Underground Coffee. Food is the fuel for the vehicle that is our body. Our aim is to fuel you with the food that offers the sustenance and nourishment our busy lives demand. Dux was the original vegetarian restaurant in Christchurch.
