Wolf Creek Brewery was founded as a brewpub in 1997 as "Wolf Creek Restaurant & Brewing Co." by Rob and Laina McFerren. Brewer, Rob, has won many awards for his varied beer styles, including "Howlin' Hefeweizen" (Bavarian Hef) and "Midnight Howl" and India Black Ale. In 2013, they expanded brewery operations and built a production facility in the Mann-Biomedical Park in Valencia. June 2nd, 2014 marks the date of their first bottling run. Cheers!
