We strive to offer 35-45 different styles of beer on tap in our pub, including nitrogen-dispensed beers and two cask ales. We source all of our ingredients for each beer style from the country of origin. Our draft and bottle distribution market includes the entire state of Michigan. Final Absolution (Belgian Style Trippel) is our flagship and our most award winning beer. Our brew house is a three barrel system from Heavy Duty Products in Ontario, Canada. Last year we produced 2,400 barrels of beer. We also serve a small selection of meads and wines in our pub. In November of 2013 we installed a brand new 20 barrel brew house fabricated by Craftwerk located in Michigan. This new system will help us meet the growing demand in our state.
