Producing five permanent naturally brewed beers, along with unique seasonal brews, from inside the former Astor Theatre in Mildura's restaurant precinct, the Mildura Brewery creates beers that are inspired by & named after local produce, landmarks & themes. The unique Mildura Brewery has held on to its former glory as the Astor Theatre with a grandiose refurbishment of the magnificent art deco building, but also includes a state-of-the-art brewery that is on full display to patrons drinking or enjoying a meal in the brewery Pub. Out the back is more fermentation area & a modern bottling line capable of packaging 3000 bottles per hour
