Herslev Brewery is a microbrewery located on a farm with its own farm in the village Herslev near Roskilde Fjord. We produce hand-brewed beer without computer automation. We use instead the eyes, nose and palate, and follows the beer from day to day. The key words of our production is quality, pure ingredients and full traceability. We make beer, we can enjoy, and let the seasonal time inspire us in the development of new, intense flavors.
