Opened in 2006, Hamburger Mary's Chicago is a classy-kitsch American diner serving gourmet half-pound burgers with a side of sass. Mary's expanded in 2009 and added a small brewery, making her the oldest nano-brewery in Chicago. Mary's motto is "an open-air bar & grill for open-minded people," where all are welcome to "Eat, Drink.. .and be MARY!"
