Doolally is arguably the best among the handfull of Micro-breweries in India. It is based in the city of Pune, in the western Indian state of Maharastra. It was founded on March 20, 2006 and has been growing steadly since then. At any given point in time they have 4 brews on tap, one of which usually is a cider. Doolally experiments a lot, both with local ingridents (like a jaggery based Ale[2]) with flavours to complement Indian cusine or with traditonal brews like a German wheat or a good English stout.
