It started with a love of beer and a homebrewing kit. Big Shoulders isn't a big beer company (yet). Hopefully soon we will win a ton of awards, but for right now, we strive to make good beer that everyone can enjoy, no matter where they fall on the beer lover's spectrum. Our first releases will be Crosstown Wheat and Hopapalooza. Crosstown Wheat is a perfect summer wheat ale brewed with lemongrass and coriander. Hopapalooza is an IPA with nicely balanced aromatic and bittering hops.Both will be available in bottles and kegs in April 2012.
