Butcher's Brewing™, located in Barrio Logan near the Padres ballpark and trendy East Village, is scheduled to open in September, 2010. We are focused on our own unique interpretation of historical styles as well as creating innovative new styles such as our Hawaiian Style Pale Ale. Butcher's™ beer will be available locally through regional distribution and internationally in Japan, and will also develop proprietary brands for SoCal based restaurants and pubs. As an independent local brewer we are committed to innovation, involvement with our community and the integrity and independence of our products.
