Smith Rock Brewing is actually located about 9 miles south of its namesake in the town of Redmond. It’s Redmond’s 3rd brewery which originally opened up as a brewpub with a half-barrel brewing operation. In addition to it’s own brew, this neighborhood brewery serves up some food and boasts a pretty good gust tap list. If you live in Redmond and love craft beer, there’s no doubt you’ve already stopped in – but if you are passing thru, or visiting the town, stopping in is a must! Cheers!
