Over the next few years, our headbrewer will develop both the business and brewing skills to establish a nanobrewery outside of Philadelphia. From Manayunk to West Chester, this swathe of land boasts some of the most well-informed, enthusiastic, and--frankly--fanatical beer fans. It would be our honor and pleasure to provide them fresh, small batch, artisanal beer with an emphasis on seasonality and occasionality.
La Cabra is a nanobrewery in the planning, a porfolio of beers over the last 7 years of homebrewing. Small-batch, labor intensive, and patient brewing produces ale and lager styles of distinct quality, integrity, and creativity.
