A limited production artisanal nano brewery located in Carson, Iowa. Opened December 21, 2011. To produce full flavored, real beer with the highest quality from local ingredients and sell that beer to our friends and family. CIB is a small batch, production only nano brewery with an emphasis on flavor, evironmental responsibility, local artwork, ingredients, and distribution.
