In 2011 a plan was hatched. Two flatmates Hayden and Fraser decided that they would start their own brewery. A month, and many beers later Ad Lib was born. The first beer UCom was made at the Twisted Hop, but due to the February earthquake this beer was never released. The quake only reinforced Ad Libs' belief, that they should continue, and a new premise and new inspiration was found. The good blokes at Wigram brewery gave them a hand and the magic that is Ad Lib Brewing finally reached you!
