Horseshoe Bend Brewing Co., is a micro-brewery located on "the Bend", of Lake of the Ozarks, a 7-mile long peninsula. It's named after its horseshoe like shape, as the lake follows it's natural shoreline. Chris and Carrie Case transformed a Firehouse from the 70's into a 7-barrel brewhouse. Carrie had some roots in the Ozarks, but both moved from Colorado with a passion for craft beer. Chris worked previously as a Chef for over 20 years and Carrie with many years of Marketing and Graphic Design experience. They figured that should be a good start for owning their own brewery. Come to find out, Chris was really good at developing flavors and Carrie was really good at finding out what people liked...and several years of practice in the garage helped too! They focus on traditional brewing methods along with new techniques to produce distinct full-flavored beers!
