Former, meet Future. It’s simple, really. We take historical recipes, deconstruct them, and place our own futuristic interpretation into them. We reconstruct them, but in ways you may not expect. Our taproom displays our brewing process from laboratory to tap. The Former Future staff is service and beer focused. All of our friendly, down-to-Earth employees are certified by the Cicerone program and are card-carrying beer geeks.
