Cabinet Artisanal Brewhouse is a small, eclectic Urban-Farmhouse brewery located in the Burbs of DC. We specialize in the production of inspired, rustic ales on our 5 bbl brewhouse utilizing a unique strain of saison yeast and relying on nature and the elements. We have no control over fermentation temperature so we brew seasonally, in a more natural setting, creating interesting challenges and ultimately more unique ales of distinction. We also implement the use of barrel-aging, a time honored technique that encourages the growth of wild yeast and bacteria, creating even more character and nuance.
