A state-of-the-art brewing system consists of a 5 barrel Mash Tun, Brew Kettle and 10 barrel Fermenters & Brights . The brewery offers an impressive variety of craft beers brewed by master brewer, Ray Hodge. The Blowing Rock Ale House restaurant offers a freshly prepared, seasonally changing menu using local & organic ingredients when available. 64 ounce “growler” fills of freshly brewed beer are offered daily, with brewery tours 1:00-5:30pm Saturdays.
