Well this story starts about twenty years ago when Me and the Mrs. were a just a little younger. See the city life didn’t do it, neighbor’s too close or just plain freedom of the country, Something got us seeking a different path? We moved out from the Capital city to our new Beaver dam address, 30 acres with an old barn and a pond near here is home and home is good. Wouldn’t trade it for another pond anywhere! Peaceful country living, it feeds the soul, drink some in as you spend a little time with us. We got busy, raised the little ones up, built a business and worked hard on the old homestead remembering to be grateful each day for the life we have carved out. What a long strange trip it has been so far! We have learned ambition and hard work get you where you want to go, it just takes some time and a lot of patience! Austin and I Started brewing several years ago, we loved cooking together and drinking too so it was a natural progression. Brewing and sharing with friends our fresh all grain brews became an obsession for us. Our passion is to brew great local beers by sourcing the finest quality ingredients available and creating craft recipes that highlight the best qualities of those ingredients.
