We brew classic styles with a California coastal twist by sourcing unique ingredients to emphasize flavor profiles and the drinking experience - hoppy pale ales that use subtle fruit additions to brighten hop character, an American style brown ale blended with a cold press coffee, and a Saison brewed with locally sourced lemon verbena and lemon peel. And when we are not brewing we can usually be found on the beach, at Dodgers or Kings game, or shooting birdies on the links. For us, an awesome beer is part of an awesome experience.
