The Kauai Beer Company will be a neighborhood microbrewery producing small quantities of high-quality beer for sale to individuals and local restaurants. Our beer will be available in our tasting room, as well as for sale to-go in durable, refillable growlers (large stainless-steel bottles with resealable tops).
