After spending years pretending we knew beer, and dreaming of working for ourselves, drinking beer and living the American dream, we decided to take the plunge in Ireland. With our new favorite Irish friend, we set out to create a brewery that captures the spirit of Ireland's rich brewing history, the flavor of the Irish countryside and our American spirit and hustle.
