Bold Republic Brewing is the first brewery in Belton, Texas, and the second craft/nano brewery in Bell Country. BRBC is a brewpub, offering not only on-site brewed beers, but a kitchen that serves giant slices of pizza, slow cooked baby back ribs, bratwurst hotdogs, jumbo pretzels, and an artisan cheese board. The flagship beers are the Lakeday Lager (a Munich Helles), Jalapeño Cream Ale (from the owner's personal recipe arsenal), and the Belton Dam Good IPA (using the classic C hops).
