The main brewing philosophy of Crow Hop is to create well-balanced recipes that highlight each of beer's classic ingredients. Our seven core beers represent this philosophy, whereas our rotating selections give our brewers' creativity a chance to shine, in particular our Monthly Micro-fest. Each month, we release three to six pilot batches brewed around a common theme, from fruit beers to IPAs to a high gravity series - nothing is off limits. We strive to have products on hand that will excite and satisfy all kinds of beer lovers because for us at Crow Hop Brewing, it's about the beer.
