We are a small brewery located downtown Carlisle and our unofficial Tap Room will be located across the street from us in Back Alley Smokehouse where there will be 6 beers on tap all the time. We use natural aquifer water from Carlisle. Flagship beers and new seasonal beers. We self distribute to 15 locations in around Des Moines Metro area. We love making beers that are unique and people like to drink. Local beers with local food is our mantra. It’s the fresh local beers on tap and the creativity being a nano brewery affords us.
