Lead Brewer - Richard Deeble began brewing his own beer at home about 2010, and last year his pale ale was judged champion beer at the national home-brew competition, beating almost 400 other entries. As a prize, a 1200-litre batch of his beer was brewed at West Auckland's Hallertau Brewbar in March which was sold around Wellington bars. On and off at the home brew shop for a few years, plenty of academic study Richard is also credited with recipe design for the Occasional Brewer.
Allthings brewery related - Tim Ward has been in the Wellington Hospo scene since 1994 when he opened The Hole in the Wall as a new gen Bar Bodega. Since then he has been behind some of the best late bars, clubs and venues of Wellington including having owned and or operated The Matterhorn, Shopping Club, The Good Luck Bar and San Francisco Bathhouse.
