A Homestead Brew embraces a farm-to-table type approach to brewing whenever possible. So in 2012, we started a hop farm near Valley Springs, SD. We are a locally owned family hop farm built on the same land our grandfather built his homestead over 100yrs ago. Our mission is to provide locally grown, quality hops to breweries and home brewers in and around South Dakota.
