Dalibor Hromcik is a traditional producer of high-quality mead from the Nivnice Slovácka and also a holder of the Zlatý Klas award at the International Dog Show 1997. Hromcikova mead is a spark of exceptionally sparkling quality, which originated from the combination of the original family recipes of Hromčík and the water treated by Bio Control System . This technology primarily deals with the equilibrium states of the raw materials to which water is inherently involved. The water used for the production of the mead is identical to the unladen virgin water from within the country. Thanks to this pure form, it affects the fermentation and aging process, which gives this delicious mellow specific quality. The medallion is made exclusively by the cold way of mixed, high- quality honey of Czech production. After perfect fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its final filtration takes place with the help of a modern filtering device that ensures that the beverage has a clear look and a strong sparkle. Mead thanks to the quality of all input raw materials and alcohol content of at least 11% very favorably stimulates digestion.
