Bryggeriet Djævlebryg started in spring 2004 as a pure hobby enterprise where Rune and his brother Stinus began to brew all-grain (ie with real malt, not syrup made on a malt basis) beer in their mother's kitchen. It went really well and the results were beyond expectation. Since then, strokes have been made, and Brewery Devil's Brewery is now a functioning brewery
